THE NEED: Your missionaries have come with great desires and expectations to serve. You and your missionaries' families all pray for them that they will be blessed in their labors. With all you have to do as Mission Leaders, can you help them be more productive and happy in their work?

SEEING AND DOING: To My Missionary is a pilot website of stories from effective missionaries from five different missions, implementing prophetic guidance in on-the-ground concrete ways of finding, teaching, unifying, committing, and retaining. You can direct and roll out this effort in your mission easily. Your missionaries can learn by seeing the work done and doing it. Each row of videos on the site begins with an email invitation you can revise and send to your mission leadership to empower them to implement these highly productive, prophetic-guided practices. Your assistants can watch the videos and do the work successfully, then share the videos with zone leaders and do it successfully with them, and your zone leaders can share the videos with your district leaders and do it successfully with them, and they with their missionaries. In a matter of weeks, your missionaries can be productively finding and teaching and retaining. Your zone meetings can showcase the results of their labors. Your mission leadership can video the stories your missionaries tell and place them on the site to be sent to your incoming missionaries, so they can come prepared to join in the work.

THE HOPE: Instead of just watching missionaries struggle and perhaps later go inactive, this pilot is a request for the Lord to bless us as we encourage our missionaries to be fruitful in their labors. They can learn through these missionary stories how to implement prophetic insights to build on common beliefs and focus on the longings of the heart of all people. They can come to more strongly love their missions and return as happy life-long disciples. We all know that seeing the conversion effect on families they love during their missions can have a lifelong anchoring impact on them.

NEXT STEPS: Some missionaries spiritually mature in the field and learn, with the help of the Spirit, how to more effectively, find, teach, and retain many. You can encourage (en-courage) your missionaries, and even those about to enter your mission, by sharing with them stories and videos from these missionaries. On each filter on the rows of the site are drafts of emails you can easily customize and attach videos to from such missionaries. Your customized emails are NOT saved on this or any other site. The first filter on the first row is an email you can customize and send to your assistants to get started in finding in light of prophetic insights.
